Biofeedback

Biofeedback devices permit trial-and-error learning to help an individual isolate the pelvic muscle for performing kegel exercises, a behavioral technique used to retrain and strengthen weakened pelvic floor muscles. The individual can then change the physiological responses that mediate bladder control.
